Penobscot Marine Museum is set to host its first ever "Last Night at the Museum" Saturday, Oct. 15, from 5 to 7 p.m. An information session for those interested in playing roles during the event will be held Wednesday, Sept. 21, at 5:30 p.m. at the downtown museum’s Fowler-True-Ross House, 1 Church St.

Penobscot Marine Museum Seeks theatrical volunteers young and old to improvise as the spirits of sea captains lost at sea; widows waiting for the husbands to return; young boys who left as crew never to return; and daughters lost at sea aboard their fathers' ships. Also needed are a couple of "night watchmen and women" to lead groups through the Sea Captain's House.

Anyone interested in participating at this marine history-driven haunted house is encouraged for attend the Sept. 21st session. For more information, call 548-2529.
