In these forums, the group will explore topics such as: Finding your niche in the Midcoast job market; Small business as an option for you; Retirement: lifestyle choices and challenges; Creative economy, creative solutions; Overcome the overwhelm and get things done.

The meetings are held at 3 Dogs Cafe, 309 Commerical St. (Route 1), beginning at 4 p.m. with networking, 4:30 p.m. guest speaker and 5 p.m. a group discussion on the key topic of the month.

On Monday, Sept. 26, David Grima, team leader at the Rockland CareerCenter will discuss Life and Labor in the Midcoast: The Human Balance.

Monday, Oct. 24, Katherine Avery, author and speaker, will discuss the countdown to retirement.

On Monday, Nov. 28, Melinda Wildes, workforce specialist with New Ventures Maine will talk about building confidence.
