A Rockland man is facing several charges following an incident the evening of Sunday, Sept. 5, according to Rockland police.

Jonathan Whiffen, 55, was charged with driving under the influence, reckless conduct and aggravated criminal mischief.

Police were called to a Cedar Street residence Sept. 5 at around 5:52 p.m., following an argument between Whiffen and a woman. Whiffen allegedly used his truck to repeatedly ram the woman’s car, which was parked in the driveway, causing significant damage.

Officer William Smith and Sgt. Anthony Camporiale investigated the incident.
