Philicia Kinney, 40, of Searsport, was summoned for producing evidence of insurance not in effect by Officer Allen Weaver.

Michael Gasser, 32, of Camden, was summoned for failure to produce insurance by Weaver.

Gerald Weed, 29, of Belmont, was arrested on a warrant from Maine State Police, summoned for operating after suspension and failure to produce insurance by Sgt. Dan Brown.

Jason Fogg, 26, of Warren, was arrested for violating conditions of release and summoned for assault by W. Butler.
