Ashwood Waldorf School announces that Michelle Buczacz will be joining the faculty this fall as the first-grade teacher, and that Elizabeth Doshi will teach sixth and seventh grade. Both teachers are new to Ashwood, and bring unique skills and experience with them.

Buczacz completed her Waldorf training at Antioch University in 2011. She received her bachelor's degree in theater at the University of Southern Maine in Portland. She is married to Nathan, and is mother to two daughters. She says, "As a native of Midcoast Maine, it will be a joy to lead a new class of Ashwood students on their journey through the grades, and I look forward to becoming a part of the Ashwood community."

Doshi joins the faculty with experience teaching in Waldorf schools from New England to Singapore. After graduating from high school, she spent a year and a half at Bard College studying theater and philosophy. She then moved to Chicago, where she spent 10 years acting, playing music, and completing a bachelor's degree in elementary education. Doshi returned to New England where she earned a master's degree in Waldorf education at Antioch University.
