The Workshop Gallery opens to the public for one week every summer, inviting all to take a ride down the St. George peninsula to the picturesque village of Spruce Head. The latest art show is set for Saturday through Saturday, July 16 through 23, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily at the Workshop Gallery, 4 Patten Point Road at the corner of Village Road.

A quiet exhibition in a lovely venue, the show features oil paintings by Christine Henehan, weavings by Mary Kelly, wood turnings by Dick Kelly and books and miscellanea by Peter Spectre.

The gallery is located in the center of the village, across from the Community Hall. For more information, call 594-2457 or email
