Necessary Music Productions’ Sunday afternoon concert series on the patio of The Speakeasy, under the Eclipse Restaurant, 2 Park Drive, continues July 10 from 5 to 8 p.m.

Will Neils and Emmett Lalor promise acoustic numbers including blues and country from the 1920s forward; soul from the 1950s and ‘60s; and current songwriters Jason Isbell, Mallett Brothers and The Coloradas. With an appreciation of the styles of Steve Earle, Taj Mahal, Townes Van Zandt and Van Morrison, Lalor holds down all guitar responsibilities and both men sing the tunes.

Suggested donation of $3 to $10 per person will go to the musicians. Dinner service and drinks will be available. The Sunday evening series offers an opportunity for all who work in the bar, restaurant and service communities to relax at the end of the weekend. The patio is a child-friendly space with a bunch of different seating options, no matter how big or small a group may be, and one can call to reserve tables.
