The Old School, 20 Gay St., will host a radio interview and dinner-to-follow Wednesday, June 29.

From 5 to 6 p.m., the “Rockland Metro” show on WRFR-LP, 93.3 FM, will interview Paula Apro, cofounder of the Art Loft, about the arts in Rockland. Immediately following the interview, the Old School will host a dinner symposium to continue the discussion.

Apro is a photographic artist and instructor. Along with co-founder Kathryn Matlack, she has created a unique space in downtown Rockland where the public can both view and create art in a fun, social setting.

Each week, WRFR’s “Rockland Metro” show invites a guest to discuss life in Rockland. Guests often participate afterwards in an Old School dinner symposium.

Dinner symposia at the Old School are free and open to the public. Participation in each symposium is limited to 12, so participants must reserve their place in advance. Participants are asked to help by bringing food, helping prepare the event and/or cleaning up afterwards.

To reserve a place at the table for this Wednesday’s dinner symposium with Apro, contact Robert Litchman at sugarhollowglass@earthlink.net. For more information about the radio station, visit wrfr.org; about The Old School, visit oldschoolrockland.org.
