Steven F. Sanner, 54, of Union, domestic violence terrorizing; domestic violence assault, six months in jail.

James R. Simmons, 41, of Nobleboro, violating condition of release, $500 fine; engaging in activities while suspended, $500 fine; setting or moving unmarked lobster trap, $2,000 fine; violation protected resources, $250 fine; untagged lobster traps, dismissed.

Summer Sinclair, 18, of South Thomaston, attaching false plates, $150 fine; permit unlawful use, dismissed.

Melody A. Talcott, 56, of Camden, failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.

Wesley E. Winchenbach, 38, of Waldoboro, assault, dismissed.
