College planning for adults offered in Rockland, Belfast

The Maine Educational Opportunity Center will be hosting free workshops entitled "Essentials of College Planning" for adults 19 and older at the following times and locations:

University College Rockland, 91 Camden St, Mondays, Jan. 4, 11 and 25 at 9 a.m.

Hutchinson Center, 80 Belmont Ave, Belfast, Tuesdays,Jan. 12, 19 and 26 at 9 a.m.

The workshop outlines the four steps in the college process: admissions, financial aid, career planning and study skills, and lasts approximately two to three hours. Pre-registration is required.
