Spectrum Generations Family Caregiver Education and Support Group will meet on the second Wednesday of every month from noon to 3 p.m. This group provides a confidential setting for those family members, friends, and neighbors who are or have been caring for someone.

This is an opportunity to share worries and experiences as well as to learn how important it is to take care of yourself. There are many benefits from being part of support groups such as building relationships, learning about local resources and establishing hope and support from others. Knowing that you are not alone in this journey builds your self-confidence, decreases negative emotions and allows you to focus on your own emotional and well-being.

There are no commitments or pre-registration required. Meetings will be held at Quarry Hill in Camden.
