The following cases were closed in the Knox Unified Court Dec. 7-11:
Dustin E. Barrows, 32, of Northport, operating without safety equipment, $100 fine.
Brenda Elliott, 56, of Union, violating condition of release, dismissed; cultivating marijuana, $1,000 fine; possession of marijuana, dismissed.
Jacqueline E. Johnson, 36, of Rockland, burglary of a motor vehicle, $500 fine.
Thomas H. Powell, 24, of Friendship, violating condition of release, dismissed; displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, dismissed; attaching false plates, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, violating condition of release, $400 fine, five days in Knox County Jail.
Kimberly A. Viera, 41, of Rockport, two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 80 days in jail; probation violation, assault on an officer, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Robert R. Walker, no age listed, of Vinalhaven, possessing lobster beyond minimum or maximum, $700 fine.
Richard A. Stahursky, 37, of Warren, murder, life sentence.
Brenda D. Elliott, 56, of Union, operating under the influence, dismissed.
