Beginning Saturday, Dec. 19, Rockland Public Library, 80 Union St., will host a monthly adult coloring program. The sessions will take place the third Saturday of the month at 10 a.m.
Coloring for adults has become very popular, and people are invited to discover the benefits of this cool new/old activity. Coloring can help reduce stress and strengthen connections.
All materials are provided, and no previous experience is required. Attendees are invited to bring their coffee or tea, as well as a friend — or just themselves.
