First Congregational Church of Camden, 55 Elm St./Route 1, will host the 10th annual Ringing in the Season holiday handbell concert Saturday, Dec. 5, at 4 p.m.

This year’s program will feature the Choral Bells of the First Congregational Church of Camden; Joyful Bells of Belfast United Methodist Church; Penobscot Bay Ringers of Camden; and the Pine Tree Academy Bell Ringers of Freeport. The performance also features solo performances by Debra Hall of Rockport on handbells, accompanied by Steve Weston, of Belfast, on piano; and Mildred Crocker of Camden on Celtic harp. A massed ring, directed by Doris Krueger of Pine Tree Academy Bell Ringers, will conclude the program.

Seating will begin at 3 p.m., and attendees will be treated to pre-concert music by Midcoast Harps and Friends starting at 3:30 p.m. The church is handicapped-accessible, and there will be reserved seating for those using a walker or wheelchair. Free-will offerings will benefit the Camden Area Christian Food Pantry. For more information about this Christmas-By-The-Sea tradition, contact Leigh Smith at 921-6628.
