The Busline League middle school boys, girls and coed soccer seasons are underway as teams have kicked off on the pitch in recent days.

Coaches can report results to Courier Publications/VillageSoup by emailing game information or by sending photos, taken by a smartphone, of the home and away books, to sports@courierpublicationsllc.com. Results also can be reported by calling 594-4401, extension 116.

The following is a recap of recently-reported results:

Boys soccer

Camden-Rockport 4, Searsport 0

At Camden Sept. 11, the Schooners blanked the Vikings and prevailed by four goals.

Charlie O'Brian, Mike McGeady and Quinn Brown each scored goals for the hosts, while Sam Conlan minded the net for Camden-Rockport. Additional information was unavailable.

Medomak 2, Great Salt Bay 0

At Damariscotta Sept. 11, the Riverhawks blanked the Cougars en route to victory.

Tristan Devault and Joe Horovitz scored for Medomak, while Duncan Widdecombe “played a great game in goal,” said coach Tenley Libby.

Medomak 8, Woolwich 4

At Woolwich Sept. 9, the Riverhawks doubled up the host Wildcats and prevailed by four goals.

Tristan DeVault scored five goals for Medomak, while Nick Hill, Arie Vannoy and Joey Horovitz also scored for the visitors. Nathan Andrick added two assists and Elijah Williams one for MMS, which attempted 23 shots on the day.

Troy Howard 7, Wiscasset 1

At Belfast Sept. 9, the Lions had no trouble with the Warriors and prevailed by six goals.

Jacob Mills-Lightner (3 goals), Sam Davis (2 goals), Finn O'Malia (goal) and Matt Kelley (goal) creased the net for the Lions.

Camden-Rockport 6, Troy Howard 3

At Camden Sept. 4, the Schooners doubled up the Lions and sailed to victory.

Henry Chamberlain and Mike Blackwell each scored twice for the hosts, while Connor Hedstrom and Russell McKenna also scored goals. Sam Conlan and Nathan Levig each minded the net for Camden-Rockport.

Girls soccer

Medomak 4, Bootbay 1

At Boothbay Sept. 11, the Riverhawks picked up a three-goal win over the Wildcats.

Maddy White, Talia Willis, Cassi Smeltzer and Sadie Cohen creased the net for the visitors, while Hattie Watmough and Addie Jameson “played stellar defense for her team, and Emily Wotton had many good saves in the second half,” said MMS coach Molly Brewer.

Wotton made five saves in net in the second half for Medomak, while teammate Kayla Donlin made one save in goal in the first half.

Oceanside 8th 7, Woolwich 1

At Thomaston Sept. 11, the Mariners prevailed by six goals over the Wildcats.

Abby Veilleux creased the net four times for the winners, while Chloe Jones, Hope Butler and Gabby Straka each scored for Oceanside.

Oceanside 8th 2, Great Salt Bay 1

At Thomaston Sept. 9, the Mariners doubled up the visiting Cougars and picked up the win.

Chloe Jones and Abby Veilleux scored for Oceanside, while Gabby Straka added an assist.

At Woolwich Sept. 9, the Riverhawks had no trouble with the Wildcats and prevailed by six goals. Sadie Cohen, Cassi Smeltzer and Talia Willis scored two goals for the winners, while Maddy White added one. Michaela Staples added an assist, while Hattie Watmough made four saves in goal for Medomak.

At Wiscasset Sept. 4, the Mariners earned their first win of the season as they defeated the host Warriors.

Abby Veilleux and Gabby Straka each scored two goals and had one assist for the visitors, while Chloe Jones added one goal and Jackie Hall one assist.

Medomak 9, Oceanside 1

At Waldoboro Sept. 4, the Riverhawks soared to their first win with a triumph over the Mariners.

Sadie Cohen scored three goals for the hosts, while Cassi Smeltzer scored two and Maddy White, Talia Willis, Melayna Benner and Paige Powell each added one. White and Willis also logged assists in the win.

Coed soccer

Appleton 2, Bristol 2

At Appleton Sept. 10, the Wildcats and Blue Devils battled to a stalemate.

Gus Vietze had a goal and an assist for Appleton, while Ben Owre also creased the net. Cody Pascal minded the net for the Wildcats.

Lincolnville 3, Jefferson 3

At Jefferson Sept. 10, the Lynx and Chargers battled to a 3-3 tie.

Hayden Thibault scored a goal in each half for Lincolnville, while Dawson Allen also had a second-half goal for the visitors. Izzy Lang and Mike Kremin split time in goal for the Lynx.

Coach Ben Edes said his team was hampered a bit by Jefferson's small field, but rebounded nicely after trailing 2-1 at halftime. He also said Kris Kelly and Kasey Wood excelled on the day at their midfield positions.

Lincolnville 6, Vinalhaven 0

At Lincolnville Sept. 8, the Lynx came away with a shutout win over the Vikings.

Kris Kelly scored two goals for Lincolnville, while Dawson Allen, Hayden Thibeault, Sam Luft and Kasey Wood also creased the net for the Lynx.
