With only a handful of regular-season games remaining on the schedule, teams in the Camden Coed Adult Softball League continue to jockey for final playoff positions as the double-elimination tournament is slated to begin on Thursday, Aug. 14, weather permitting.

Two of the eight-team league's teams who have been in the championship hunt in recent years are Free Press Redwings and Knox County Benchwarmers. The rivals met Friday, Aug. 8 in a competitive game won by the Redwings 8-5.

The Redwings rallied from an early deficit to secure the win at the Camden Snow Bowl.
