The Rockland Lobster Festival Corporation welcomed representatives from King Arthur Flour to the festival grounds this year.
Delicious cookies attracted many festival attendees to King Arthur Flour’s brand-new traveling bus, which was located directly behind the chairs set up for the Main Stage events.
The bus made one of its first trips out to the Maine Lobster Festival to talk to visitors and provide cookies to hungry visitors. The staff from the King Arthur Flour asked for donations for the cookies.
Thanks to the donations made by visitors at the Maine Lobster Festival, King Arthur Flour donated to St. Bernard’s Soup Kitchen, located on Broadway in Rockland behind the Stella Maris House. In total, King Arthur Flour raised $668 for the soup kitchen.
