South Thomaston Heritage Day Aug. 10

The Wessaweskeag Historical Society will host South Thomaston Heritage Day Sunday, Aug. 10, from noon to 4 p.m. This year's exhibit will focus on maps of the surrounding area from the 1800s. The Midcoast Community Band will play in Memorial Park at 1:30 p.m. The Historical Society is located at the corner of Elm Street and Dublin Road near the public landing in the Keag village.
