Sixth District Court

The following cases were closed in Sixth District Court June 21-25:

Kyle M. Upton, 31, of Camden, operating under the influence, one prior, $700 fine, 180 days in Knox County Jail, all but 10 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years.

John D. Urda, 53, of South Thomaston, operate vehicle without license, dismissed.

Kimberly A. Vieira, 40, of Rockport, violating condition of release, 72 hours in jail.

Daniel T. Whalen, 42, of Camden, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
