Popular children’s musician, Rob Duquette, will lead a lively, interactive music program at the Waldoboro Public Library Thursday, Aug. 7, at 10:30 a.m.

With a foundation of jazz, pop, and world music, Duquette's children’s music features rearranged classics and original fun songs with good messages. He sings and performs on ukelele, guitar, xylophone and many percussion instruments from around the globe. His unique and creative style also includes making music with an oversized water jug, a frying pan, and other “found” objects.

This program is for children of all ages and admission is free. The Waldoboro Public Library is located at 958 Main St., Waldoboro. For more information, please call 832-4484 or visit waldoborolibrary.org.
