The Rockland Police Department responded to the following activity July 16-21:
An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.
July 16
A 16-year-old female was cited for possession of alcohol by consumption.
Jonas Blumenthal, 18, of Rockland was cited for possession of alcohol by consumption.
Rockland Police responded to a scene of arson of two portable toilets next to Scott Street Beach. The fire department called the Fire Marshal's Office and the case is under investigation.
Craig Davis, 50, of Rockland was cited for unlawful use or possession for huffing cans of Dust Off.
Derrick McDuffy, 24, of New York was arrested for domestic violence assault and a probation violation.
July 17
Marnie McMahan, 45, of Owls Head was cited for driving motor vehicle with studded tires out of season.
July 20
A vehicle hit a telephone pole in Owls Head. The operator of the vehicle suffered injury to her nose, but refused treatment.
Robert Breton, 19, of Whitefield was arrested for operating without a license, attaching false plates, theft, and possession of alcohol.
Nicholas Stoddard, 19, of Whitfield was cited for illegal possession of alcohol.
July 21
Christopher Bonzagni, 30, of Rockland was cited for operating after suspension.
