Sixth District Court

The following cases were closed in Sixth District Court July 7-11:

Michael Adam Allan, 31, of Union, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 14 days in Knox County Jail; domestic violence assault, dismissed; operating under the influence, one prior, $700 fine, 180 days in jail with all but 14 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.

Trevor J. Neilson, 22, of Waldoboro, violating municipal shellfish ordinance, dismissed.

Paul S. Prior, 54, of Waldoboro, commercial shellfishing without a license, $316 fine.
