An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.
July 8
Stephen Wentworth, 56, of Rockland was cited for theft.
Zachariah Sawyer, 20, of Waldoboro was arrested on a warrant.
Anthony Baker, 23, of Union was cited for failing to stop at a red light.
Karrie Prior, 23, of Friendship was arrested for theft, two counts of violating conditions of release and possession of drugs.
July 11
Dustin Robinson, 26, of Rockland was arrested for unlawful possession of drugs and cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Shawn Jones, 27, of Warren was cited for assault.
Karl V. Copeland, 56, of Rockland was arrested on a probation violation.
Roy Allen, 46, of Rockland was arrested on a probation violation.
July 12
Donald Simmons, 25, of Rockland was arrested for theft for stealing five sunglasses.
July 14
Justin McLellan, 33, of Warren was arrested for disorderly conduct, refusing to submit to arrest and two counts of possession of drugs.
Donald Simmons, 25, of Rockland was arrested on two counts of violation of bail.
Richard Rockell, 58, of St. George was cited for possession of marijuana.
Christopher Cook, 37, of Massachusetts was arrested for a failure to appear warrant out of Augusta.
Nathan Lanphier, 32, of Lincolnville was arrested on a warrant.
Wesley K. Colson, 22, of Rockland was arrested for domestic violence assault.
Gabriel P. Payor, 20, of Rockland was arrested for theft, violating conditions of release and unlawful possession of drugs.
