The Keag River Gallery, 25 Dublin Road, invites the public to a reception Friday, July 18, from 6 to 8 p.m. to celebrate "On Edge," the gallery’s first juried show and enjoy refreshments and fellowship. The juror was professional photographer Sandy Dolan of Searsport.

Various photographers, some of whom will be at the reception, submitted their interpretations of the show’s title and the results are varied and intriguing … and international, as one of the submitters resides in the United Kingdom.

The gallery’s regular hours are Thursdays through Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and it often is open other times. For more information, visit keagrivergallery.com.
