Waldoboro police officers responded to 152 calls for service between June 30 and July 7. Below are a few of the highlights:
July 1
Officer Larry Hesseltine investigated a report that someone broke into a residence and stole medication and jewelry.
Hesseltine arrested Jessica Parker, 32, of Waldoboro on a warrant.
July 2
Chief William Labombarde and Hesseltine investigated a report of stolen guns.
Hesseltine investigated a report of nails being thrown in a resident's driveway.
Hesseltine investigated a report from Maritime Farms of a $35 gasoline drive-off. The subject was found and returned to pay for gasoline.
July 3
Hesseltine summoned Joseph Thibodeau, 23, of Waldoboro for uninspected motor vehicle.
Hesseltine arrested Christopher Chandler, 34, of Waldoboro on a probation violation.
July 4
Hesseltine investigated a report of theft of medication.
Officer Jeffery Fuller investigated a report of unwanted subjects on a property. The subjects found and warned on criminal trespass.
Sgt. Jamie Wilson investigated a report from the Big Apple of a $59.43 gasoline drive-off. The subject was found and returned to pay for gasoline.
Hesseltine arrested Stephen McLean Sr., 60, of Waldoboro for criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon.
July 5
Fuller investigated a report that someone damaged the electronics in a boat while it was at the Pine Street Landing overnight.
Wilson investigated a report of trespassing and theft of wood from a private lot.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.
