The Rockland Police Department responded to the following activity July 3-7:
An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.
July 3
Matthew A. Maxcy, 40, of Waldoboro was cited for not wearing a seat belt.
Richard A. Rytky, 51, of Warren was arrested for operating under the influence, violating condition of release, and operating without a license.
July 5
Jennifer A. Trott, 37, of Rockport was arrested for operating under the influence and cited for operating after suspension.
July 6
Domenic P. Cuccinello III, 20, of South Thomaston was cited for operating after suspension.
July 7
William Eustis, 31, of Rockland was arrested for theft.
Stephen Wentwoth, 56, of Rockland was cited for theft.
Ralph Demmons, 42, of Rockland was cited for assault with a dangerous weapon.
Tonya M. Bober, 29, of Warren was cited for failure to register motor vehicle more than 150 days.
