Rockland-Tower 3, the tower truck of Rockland’s Fire Department, will be on display in front of the Coastal Children’s Museum Saturday June 28, from 10 a.m. to noon for the children to interact with.
Tower 3 is 46 feet, 11 inches long and weighs a whopping 70,000 pounds, a big truck if ever there was one. It also holds tools for the many needs of the firefighters during the calls they attend to as they keep the community safe.
This event is included in the normal price of admission and free for members. No registration is needed and any and all visitors to the museum are invited to participate outside.
