Waldoboro Police officers responded to 148 calls for service between June 9 and June 15. Below are a few of the highlights:
June 9
Officer Jeffery Fuller investigated a report of criminal mischief done to a residence.
June 10
Officer Larry Hesseltine investigated a report of a burglary to a residence.
Officer Thomas Bartunek investigated a crash on Kaler's Corner Road at 5:19 p.m. Cameron Kilaton, 29, of Warren, was driving a 2012 Toyota sedan south and failed to see Nathan Beck, 25, of Waldoboro, stopped in traffic in a 2009 Jeep utility vehicle. Kilaton struck the rear of Beck's vehicle. No injuries were reported.
June 11
Hesseltine investigated a report of damage done to a property.
Chief William Labombarde investigated a report from the Medomak Valley High School of the theft of food items.
June 12
Hesseltine summoned Beau McCormick, 33, of Warren, for speed.
June 13
Fuller investigated a report of the theft of a cellphone.
June 14
Hesseltine arrested Logan Gallagher, 31, of Waldoboro, for domestic violence assault.
Fuller arrested Derek Bragg, 26, of Waldoboro, on a warrant.
Fuller investigated a report from the Big Apple of a $40.24 gasoline drive off.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.
