The Old Grey Goose, perhaps the longest-running contra dance band in Maine, will play the monthly dance Saturday, June 28, starting 8 p.m. in the gym of the Thomaston Academy building, 60 Main St./Route 1.
Ted Steele, a seasonal resident of Lincolnville, will teach and call all dances. No experience is necessary, singles welcome and young children are admitted free; admission is $10 for others. For more information, call 832-5584 or visit the Thomaston Contradancers page on Facebook.
