Penobscot School in Rockland is looking for housing for students who will participate in their three-week intensive English Immersion Program.
Each year the school brings adults from around the globe to the Midoast for a community-oriented opportunity to improve their English. Students are independent adults who participate in classes, tutorials and excursions and interact with the greater Rockland community through a variety of activities.
Students require a bed in a bedroom of their own, breakfast and occasional conversation. After providing housing for several years, one family finds the experience to be “nothing but enriching” for the whole family. Consider opening your doors to a student. The experience can be life changing.
Contact the school at 594-1084 for more information.
