The Lincoln County Sheriff's Department has reported the following local incidents:

June 16

Robert Rackliff, 64, of Rockland was issued a summons for speeding 65 mph in a posted 55 mph zone on Route 1, Nobleboro, by Deputy Mark Bridgham.

June 19

Frederick A. Campbell, 30, of Friendship was arrested on a Wiscasset Superior Court warrant for a charge of arson- Class A, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Sgt. Daniel Sceviour.

James R. Simmons, 39, of Friendship was arrested on a Wiscasset Superior Court warrant for a charge of arson- Class A, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Sgt. Daniel Sceviour.

June 24

Ashley Deshiro, 25, of Waldoboro was issued a summons for failure to show proof of insurance, on High Street in Damariscotta, by Deputy Kenneth Hatch.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.
