The Thomaston Police Department responded to the following incidents May 3-7:

An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

May 3

Ashley Wellman, 27, of Thomaston was arrested for operating under the influence and endangering the welfare of a child.

Frederick Campbell, 55, of Thomaston was arrested for domestic violence criminal threatening.

May 5

Karen E. Demmons 45, of Thomaston was cited for operating after suspension and a traffic infraction.

May 6

Justin Wells, 34, of Tenants Harbor was arrested for failing to register motor vehicle, violating condition of release, and criminal operating after suspension.

Jane Young, 24, of Cushing was arrested on two counts of trespassing.

Christopher Carlson, 35, of Waldoboro was arrested for criminal operating after suspension and for having a suspended driver's license.

May 7

Craig Simoneau, 52, of Thomaston was cited for an unregistered vehicle and operating without a license.
