Thursday, Oct. 24, from 3 to 7 p.m., the 10th and final Victorian Tea and Breast Health Fair will take place at Berry Manor Inn, 81 Talbot Ave., Rockland. The free event is sponsored by Pen Bay Healthcare's Picker Family Resource Center. No reservations are required.

This signature women’s wellness event is a wonderful way to learn more about health and well-being from experts.

A traditional Victorian Tea, hors d’oeuvres and desserts will be served. Guests can also enjoy a tour of Berry Manor Inn.

This year's fair features breast health educators as well as a wide variety of ideas and services that encourage and support well-being, stress reduction, lymphedema prevention and management, healthy eating and physical activity for kids and families, and special skin care consultations for breast cancer survivors.

Guests may schedule healing arts mini-sessions from a wide variety of offerings, from acupuncture to reflexology. A variety of workshops including breast self-examination and eating for vitality and risk-reduction will be available throughout the afternoon. Come and enjoy the individual pampering and wealth of helpful and educational information that is being offered.

The wearing of Tea hats is encouraged.

Guests should park around the corner from the inn at Lincoln Street Center and McClain School (24 and 26 Lincoln St., respectively). Shuttle service will be available between the Lincoln Street Center parking lot and the Inn.
