The Union Art League will hold its second annual art show during Columbus Day Weekend at the Brooder House, at the junction of routes 17 and 131. The show will open Friday, Oct. 11, with a 5 to 7 p.m. reception with live music and refreshments; and continue Saturday, Oct. 12, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
More than 30 local artists and craftsmen will display their work including baskets, furniture, ironwork, leather, paintings, photography, pottery, sculpture, ship models, stonework, wood carving and much more. Everyone is invited to come and experience the variety of talent in the Union area. For more information, call 596-3079.
