Attorney Andrew Zulieve, intellectual property specialist, will discuss the importance of Crafting Your Contracts — how creating and using a comprehensive, well thought out contract for a business can help avoid many problems with vendors, investors, employees and also protect a company’s proprietary information that preserves the value of a company’s trade secrets, whether they are recipes, technological applications, software, formula or plans.
