The Thomaston Police Department responded to the following incidents Sept. 4-17.

Sept. 4

Michael York, 43, of Rockland was summoned for operating a motor vehicle after suspension, and for possessing a suspended license.

Sept. 7

Joseph Flynn, 31, of Thomaston was arrested on two warrants for failure to pay fines.

Sept. 8

Emily Lawry, 35, of Thomaston was arrested for domestic violence assault.

Sept. 17

Elizabeth Fisher, 61, of Thomaston was arrested for operating under the influence.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.
