Kate McMorrow, holistic health practitioner, licensed massage therapist, and owner of Thrive on Wellness, will host a Healthy Happy Hour day to benefit Midcoast Habitat for Humanity Friday, Sept. 27, between noon and 7 p.m. at the Thrive Wellness office in Camden.
The Healthy Happy Hour — which is actually 90 minutes — will include one computerized electro-dermal stress analysis session; one “shot” of Nopalea superfruit wellness drink; and 20 minutes on the Amethyst Bio-Mat (thrive.biomatnetwork.com). Supplements and other products are extra and will be available for order.
Computerized electro-dermal stress analysis, or CSA, is an energetic/biofeedback technique that identifies how stress affects one’s organs, glands, systems, and emotions, and offers solutions to reduce or eliminate it. The system determines whether an individual is over-toxic and under-nourished, and what can be done about it naturally.
The special fee for the 90-minute session is $100, and all proceeds will benefit Midcoast Habitat for Humanity. Appointments are required and available by contacting Kate at 975-1504 or katethrives@gmail.com. For more information, visit thriveonwellness.com.
