The Rockland Police Department responded to the following activity Sept. 6-8:
Sept. 6
Jason A. Smith, 26, of Rockland was arrested for violating condition of release.
James Beal, 51, of Rockland was arrested for domestic violence aggravated assault, domestic violence criminal threatening, criminal restraint and obstructing report of crime or injury.
Christopher R. Sanborn, 21, of Connecticut, was arrested for disorderly conduct.
Mary L. Seelig, 24, no town given, was written a summons for operating without a license.
Sept. 8
Dennis McCallis, 55, of Virginia, was arrested for operating under the influence.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.
