Kinetic Energy Alive is beginning a new season in a new location, the Yoga Barn on Molyneaux Road. Kinetic Energy Alive will be casting group, duet and solo roles; and focusing on choreography, looking forward to the Power Performance 2014 show next April at the Strom Auditorium of Camden Hills Regional High School.

The dance production will use original empowering choreography to tackle issues such as bullying and teen substance abuse. Dance offers a way to stand up for one’s dreams and create goals that empower and bring confidence into one’s life. Kinetic Energy Alive encourages those who want to change the way they feel everyday and gain the tools needed to work through peer pressure, bullying and other obstacles that radically shake the young generation to come dance this fall and winter. Movement offers a way to find our voices and tell the stories of how we stand up for ourselves.
