Windjammers take it on the Road

The Windjammer Barbershop Chorus will present Road Trip, its 20th annual concert show, Saturday, Sept. 21, at 7 p.m. at the Rockport Opera House, 6 Central St.

The chorus will have as its special guests Harborside Harmony Women’s Chorus of Rockland and Exchange St., a men’s competition quartet from the Portland area. This fun-filled evening of great barbershop harmony from both men and women’s voices will fill the opera house with fabulous a cappella music. This year marks the Barbershop Harmony Society’s 75th anniversary, and the chorus plans a special tribute to celebrate.
