People To People Dance Center will open the doors of its newly renovated Camden studio to all aspiring dance students Saturday through Wednesday, Sept. 14 through 18, for 2013 fall registrations and “Nutcracker” auditions.

Belfast Dance Studio registrations and “Nutcracker” auditions will be open to the public Saturday, Sept. 14; and Great Salt Bay School in Damariscotta registrations and “Nutcracker” will be held Fridays, Sept. 13 and 20.

Parents may bring their daughters and sons to both the fall registrations and 2013 Atlantic Ballet Company auditions. Classes range in age from Junior Ballet and Hip Hop through beginner levels to intermediate and advanced-intermediate level classes.

Atlantic Ballet's “Nutcracker” will be performed Thursday through Sunday, Dec. 5 through 8, at the Camden Opera House for selected dancers; and Sunday, Dec. 15, in Great Salt Bay School's auditorium. Fall classes and Atlantic Ballet Company “Nutcracker” rehearsals will be held in Camden, Belfast and Damariscotta studio locations. The schedule for registrations and auditions is as follows.

At Camden’s P2P Dance Center, 27 Knowlton St., Junior Ballet and Hip Hop fall registrations (age 4 to 7) and “Nutcracker” auditions (age 5 and older) are set for Saturday, Sept. 14, at 9:30 a.m. Ballet I and Ballet II fall registrations (age 8 and older) and “Nutcracker” auditions (8 and older) are set for Monday, Sept. 16, at 3:30 p.m. Ballet IIA and III intermediate level fall registrations and “Nutcracker” auditions will take place Saturday, Sept. 14, at 3:45 p.m.; Monday, Sept. 16, at 5:30 p.m.; and Wednesday, Sept. 18, at 4 p.m.

At the Belfast Dance Studio, 109 High St., Junior Ballet and Hip Hop fall registrations (age 4 to 7) and “Nutcracker” auditions (age 5 and older) are set for Saturday, Sept. 14, at 11:45 a.m. Ballet I and Hip Hop fall registrations (age 8 and older) and “Nutcracker” auditions (8 and older) are set for Saturday, Sept. 14, at 12:15 p.m.

At Damariscotta’s Great Salt Bay School, Business Route 1, Junior Ballet fall registrations (age 4 to 7) are set for Friday, Sept. 13, at 3:30 p.m.; and “Nutcracker” auditions (age 5 and older) Friday, Sept. 20, at 3:30 p.m. Ballet Beginner fall registrations (age 8 and older) are set for Friday, Sept. 13, at 4:30 p.m.; and “Nutcracker” auditions (8 and older) are set for Friday, Sept. 20 at 4:30 p.m. Ballet Level II (minimum two-years experience) fall registrations are set for Friday, Sept. 13 at 5:30 p.m.; and “Nutcracker” auditions are set for Friday, Sept. 20 at 5:30 p.m.
