Knox County Superior Court

The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court Aug. 12-16:

Amy L. Ashley, 34, of Augusta, probation violation for a previous unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs conviction, eight months in Knox County Jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, five years in prison, all but eight months suspended, probation three years; aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.

Ann Marie Hamblen, 41, of South Thomaston, discharge firearm or crossbow near dwelling, seven days in jail; reckless conduct, 364 days in jail, all but seven days suspended, probation one year.

Duane Adam Johnson, 39, of Rockland, domestic violence assault, priors, two years in Knox County Jail, all but 30 days suspended, probation two years.
