The following cases were closed in Sixth District Court Aug. 5-9.
Michelle L. Creamer, 27, of Cushing, commercial shellfishing without a license, first offense, $316 fine.
Richard Fyfe Benoit, 27, of Owls Head, probation violation for a previous domestic violence assault conviction, 45 days in Knox County Jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Joshua P. Howard, 25, of Thomaston, violating condition of release, four days in jail.
Mark E. Millay, 34, of Friendship, fish for or take shellfish from closed area, $300 fine.
Shane Prior, 26, of Cushing, commercial shellfishing without a license, first offense, $316 fine.
Derick Winslow, 23, of Waldoboro, operate vehicle without license, conditions or restrictions; two counts of violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
