Waldoboro police officers responded to 276 calls for service between July 22 and Aug. 5. Below are a few of the highlights:

July 22

Officer Andrew Santheson summoned Anthony Feltis, 27, of Waldoboro for assault and criminal mischief.

Santheson summoned Jason Smith, 26, of Waldoboro for assault.

Officer Jeremy Joslyn summoned Matthew Ruppert, 21, of Waldoboro for furnishing a place for minors to consume/possess liquor.

July 23

Joslyn arrested Derek Bragg, 25, of Waldoboro for failure to notify of motor vehicle accident, and operating under the influence.

Joslyn investigated a crash on the Wagner Bridge Road at 12:28 a.m. Derek Bragg was driving a 2000 VW sedan when the vehicle left the road, struck a pole and some trees. No injuries were reported.

Officer John Lash investigated a crash in the Dunkin' Donuts parking lot at 10:57 a.m. Christopher Johnston, 41, of Jefferson was driving a 1993 Ford truck and backed into the center passenger side door of a 2014 Jeep owned by Edward Braymen, 56, of Ocala, Fla. No injuries were reported.

July 25

Officer Thomas Hoepner investigated a report of items stolen from a backyard.

Officer Thomas Bartunek charged Keith Foley, 43, of Portland for harassment and violation of conditional release.

July 28

Lash investigated a report from Moose Crossing Garden Center of the theft of a hanging plant. The plant was recovered.

Lash investigated a report of a burglary.

July 29

Hoepner investigated a crash on Friendship Road at 3:18 p.m. Darlene Vigue, 44, of Waldoboro was driving a 2005 Pontiac sedan eastbound behind Kevin Crocker, 53, of Virginia Beach, Va. Vigue failed to stop when Crocker slowed to make a right-hand turn, hitting the 2010 Ford sedan. No injuries were reported.

Santheson investigated a crash on Bremen Road at 4:30 p.m. Lee Bennett, 36, of Waldoboro was driving a 1993 Honda motorcycle southbound when he lost control due to road conditions. The motorcycle was flipped onto its side. No injuries were reported.

Joslyn summoned Casey Waterman, 25, of Appleton for negotiating a worthless instrument.

July 31

Detective Jason Benefield summoned Arnold Konecny, 31, of Waldoboro for protruding objects and trailers safety chains improperly attached.

Benefield investigated a crash at the First National Bank parking lot. Travis Waltz, 21, of Nobleboro was backing up in his 1983 Buick sedan when he struck a parked 2000 Ford sedan belonging to Harley Mitchell, of Searsport. No injuries were reported.

Aug. 1

Benefield investigated a report of phone harassment. The subject was found and warned on harassment.

Benefield investigated a crash at the intersection of Old Augusta and Union Road. Jessica Jameson, 33, of Warren was driving a 1999 Chevrolet sedan. Peter Gunnlaugsson, 43, of Jacksonville, Fla. was driving a 2013 Chevrolet sedan. Jameson pulled into the intersection too soon and struck Gunnlaugsson's vehicle. No injuries were reported.

Chief William Labombarde investigated an illegal dumping complaint. Subject was found and paid for clean-up.

Hoepner investigated a criminal trespass complaint. The subject was found and warned on criminal trespass.

Hoepner investigated a crash on Friendship Road. Nicholas Baudanza, 22, of Owls Head was traveling east in his 2004 Chevrolet pickup truck, when he apparently dozed off. The vehicle left the road and went into the ditch, striking a Central Maine Power pole. No injuries were reported.

Hoepner investigated a report of criminal mischief to a residence.

Aug. 2

Officer Jeffery Fuller summoned Meghan Kennedy, 30, of Waldoboro for operating after suspension.

Fuller investigated a crash at the intersection of Main Street and Bremen Road. Benjamin Fuller, 67, of Cushing was driving a 2000 Honda sedan when he failed to yield the right of way to Justin Lanphier, 34, of Chelsea, striking the 2006 Pontiac sedan. No injuries were reported.

Fuller investigated a crash in the Dunkin' Donuts parking lot. Jared Solly, 34, of Tallahassee, Fla., was stopped in his 2013 Ford sedan when Faith Whitsit, 24, of Waldoboro backed her 2005 Nissan sedan into him. No injuries were reported.

Fuller investigated a report of phone harassment.

Aug. 3

Fuller summoned Andrew Williams, 22, of Waldoboro for theft.

Fuller summoned Felichia Glidden, 19, of Washington for a violation of conditional release.

Aug. 5

Joslyn summoned Kyle Pendleton, 25, of Alna for passing on the right.

Fuller investigated a criminal mischief complaint.
