The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court July 19-25:

Roman Coneita, 22, of Rockland, unlawful sexual contact, five years in Knox County Jail, all but six months suspended, three years probation.

Justin J. Costa, 24, of Union, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs,probation violation, five months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Richard Drew, 26, of Rockland, two counts of theft by unauthorized use of property; one count of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer; burglary, two years in prison, $6,000 restitution.

David C. Earl, 32, of South Thomaston, burglary, dismissed; assault, 30 days in jail, $300 fine; criminal mischief, 30 days in jail; aggravated criminal trespass, 18 months in jail, all but 30 days suspended, probation two years, $1,000 restitution.

Thomas Hammond, 25, of Rockland, forgery, two years in jail, all but six months suspended, probation two years, $500 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, operating after habitual offender revocation, prior; forgery, violating condition of release, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $1,700 restitution, six months in jail, operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, dismissed.

Eleanor Mears, 42, Wesley, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; trafficking in prison contraband, one year in jail, all but 30 days suspended, probation one year.
