The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court July 12-19.
Nathan E. Cowing, 30, of St. George, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, not guilty; burglary, not guilty.
Jamie Luce, 29, of Waldoboro, criminal trespass, refusing to submit to arrest or detention — bodily injury, two counts of violating condition of release, criminal mischief, six months in Knox County Jail, restitution $621; criminal threatening, terrorizing, three years all but nine months suspended in prison, probation two years, restitution $1,801.
Valerie Nile, 44, of Friendship, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $500 fine; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, dismissed; terrorizing, dismissed.
Michael Rainville, 29, of Rockport, failing to report,15 months in prison.
Thomas Jeffrey Weeks, 33, of Warren, terrorizing, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed.
