The Farnsworth Art Museum will host a week-long workshop on creative digital printing for high school students Monday through Friday, July 29 through Aug. 2, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the museum’s Gamble Center for Education, at the corner of Grace and Union streets

The workshop will experiment with different photo-based projects. Participants will explore printing digitally on Japanese papers, various transfer techniques and experiment with instant films. Instructor Deanna Witman is an artist/educator with more than 10 years of teaching in the arts who enjoys integrating various art media and the natural world into the classes she leads. She has an MFA in Photography from Maine Media College.
