“Women's Works” features the choreography of female artists, celebrating a range of perspectives, movement practices and choreographic styles. At its heart, the show creates a space for provocative contemplation and connection, grounded in gathering and building community for artists and audience alike. This year's show includes solos, duets and group pieces on a variety of topics, sharing a common thread of working through old constraints, confronting challenges and deepening connections — enabling re-arrival to occur with greater strength and clarity. This common thread is woven through the story by audience, dancers, poets and musicians alike.
