The Rockland Police Department responded to the following incidents June 18 to July 2.

Nicholas L. Davies, 19, of Bangor was summoned for failing to stop at a stop sign and for failing to wear a protective helmet while operating a motorcycle on a permit.

Dakota J. Elwell, 20, of Owls Head, was summoned for failing to display a valid inspection sticker.

Jeremy Dennison, 25, of Rockland was arrested on a warrant, aggravated assault, domestic violence assault and two counts of criminal mischief.

Leroy Sargent, 49, of Melbourne, Fla., was arrested on two Maine warrants and one extradition warrant out of Florida.

David Harjula, 24, was arrested for disorderly conduct fighting and for carrying a concealed weapon, brass knuckles.

Paula Faye Wright, 47, a transient, was arrested for unlawful possession of drugs and issued a summons for unlawful use of inhalants.

Samuel Watkinson, 22, was arrested at the Time Out Pub for criminal trespass and resisting arrest.

Robert Sukeforth, 42, of Rockland was arrested for violation of bail conditions.

Meagan Seavey, 27, of Rockland was arrested for operating after suspension.

John Hewlett, 49, of Appleton was arrested for violating bail conditions through new criminal conduct and issued a summons for terrorizing.

Troy Crane, 22, of Port Clyde was summoned for failing to stop for a red light.

Jeremy Faussett, 35, of South Thomaston was arrested for operating under the influence, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and operating without a license.

Robert Batty, 21, of Owls Head was summoned for speeding 53 mph in a 40 zone.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.
