The Reading Corner, 408 Main St., will host author and musician Aaron Robinson for a book signing event Saturday, June 15, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. His book “Does God Sing — A Musical Journey” presents the author's personal history along with commentary on music and his non-preachy spiritual philosophy.

Robinson, who grew up in Waldoboro, is a self-taught musician who studied composition at the Boston Conservatory. He has worked as composer, conductor and music historian; and has released several recordings. He wrote "Driving Old Memories — The Rockland, Maine Song" with his father, Ervin Robinson. His book and several of his CDs will be available for purchase.
